Dsquared2 & Mini Partners for Life Ball 2011 Event in Vienna

 

Dean and Dan of Dsquared2 has created a unique custom-made MINI Cooper S and named it “Red Mudder” to be auctioned at the 19th edition of Life Ball Charity Event. The creative designers confess: “If we were a car, it would be rough and tough. Our Red Mudder Mini accurately reflects this reality. The maple leaf on both doors and the Dsquared² logo on the front shield and on the wheels truly embodies our style.”

The partnership between Dsquared2 & MINI has continued for the occasion of Vogue Fashion’s Night Out. Dsquared2 and Mini have joined forces to create an exclusive “Red Mudder Foulard” to be available in the Dsquared2 Flagship Store in Milan and on the Dsquared & Mini Official Online Stores. The white foulard produced in limited edition is made of 100% cotton and celebrates the union between two fierce and creative brands with a light-hearted print in the shades of black, brown and red.

Dsquared2 Partners with the most well-known team in the world: FC BARCELONA

Dsquared² branded the new “off-field” uniforms of Barcelona’s Football Club, the most loved and well-known team around the globe (winning five trophies in 2009, including the Champions Cup, the most prized tournament in Europe).
The uniforms mirror the new concept of elegance promoted by the brand. The classic two-buttoned tailored suit in grey mohair is paired with a slightly street-inspired flair and a slim-fitting, modern cut. The elegance of the grey suit is subdued by the vibrant “azulgrana” team colour of the cardigan, pocket-square and tie. The shirt in white pinstripes is worn with a maroon silk tie, leveraged slightly with a Barcelona tie-pin under a blue knit sleeveless jumper. As for accessories; a belt, an okra-coloured pocket-square tucked into the jacket pocket, and shoes in black brushed leather. A nylon trench completes the look of the Catalan champions.

The GH Mumm champagnerie was unique in the Milanese fashion district, a quiet haven that offers shoppers a moment of freedom and relaxation in an elegant variation on the traditional concept of a champagne bar.

 

The spare yet warm design of the space meshed perfectly with the concept of the Dsquared2 boutique, rendering it an alternative to the usual bar, a place where one can sip a flute of the most prized GH Mumm cuvée in the comfort of a suede capitonné chair, whether taking a break from shopping or work.

The twins Dean and Dan Caten, designers of one of the most creative prêt-à-porter brand which has become a must among the football players, created the new official uniforms for Juventus, renewing the agreement signed in February 2006 with the only real “Lady” in the international football panorama.

 With these uniforms the Canadian duo became one of the most loved brand of the Italian football. In three years, the freshness, the stylistic-creative fantasy and the exuberance of the griffe overwhelmed this world.

 Apart from the escort directors, the trainers, the players and the doctors of the Young Sector, Dsquared² dressed also the directors, the first football team and the stadium operative staff, for a total of 100 male uniforms and 15 female uniforms.
